We are the Data Controller for personal data collected through this website and our services.
We collect the following categories of personal data: contact information (name, email address, telephone number); financial and pension-related information you provide for advice purposes; employment history relevant to National Insurance and pension entitlement; correspondence records; and website usage data collected through cookies.
We use your personal data to: provide pension advisory services; respond to enquiries; comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a regulated financial adviser; send relevant communications where you have consented; and improve our services. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.
We process your data under the following legal bases: contractual necessity (to deliver the services you engage us for); legitimate interests (to improve our services and maintain client relationships); legal obligation (FCA regulatory requirements); and consent (for marketing communications).
We retain client data for a minimum of 7 years following the conclusion of a client relationship, as required by FCA regulations for regulated advisory firms. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent. Website usage data is retained for 26 months.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and regular security assessments. All staff handling personal data receive data protection training.
We may share your data with: the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and HMRC where required to process pension claims; regulated pension providers and trustees involved in fund transfers; and professional indemnity insurers. We do not share data with marketers or advertisers.
